Inland Avenue - Fire Rebuild

JCK Structural is currently working on the design of this rebuild of this residence damaged during the 2025 Malibu fires. The design of the structure consists of standard wood and steel framing with wood stud walls. The foundation and slab will re-used where possible and our new foundation will be sawcut into place as needed. A Verdura retaining wall system with geogrid has been planned for the downslope side of the site allowing for a more aesthetic wall structure VS a standard concrete retaining wall, and saving costs on deepened foundation.
