Wakecrest Drive - Fire Rebuild

JCK Structural is currently working on the design of this rebuild of this residence damaged during the 2025 Malibu fires. The design of the structure consists of standard wood with wood stud walls. The foundation is a conventional foundation system, but features a concrete deck that cantilevers off of the downslope side (best seen in the MLS photo above). The cantilever design was necessary to avoid deepened foundation.
