Roca Chica #2 - Fire Rebuild

JCK Structural is currently working on the design of this rebuild of this residence damaged during the 2025 Malibu fires. The design of the structure consists of standard wood and steel framing with wood stud walls. The foundation will re-used where possible and underpinned with deepened foundations along the downslope side. A row of soldier piles is planned along the downslope side of the property in order to stabilize the slope.
